I lost or forgot my PIN. What do I do now?

The following information is for family members. If you are a counselor looking for your PIN, please reference this article.


If you lost or forgot your PIN, reach out to your school counselor and request it, or send an email to info@collegeguidancenetwork.com. The subject line should say: Request Family PIN for [name of your school]. In the body of the email include your name, email address, name of your school and your student’s graduation year.


Note that the PIN is only needed to activate your account the first time. For all subsequent logins, you will only need your email address and password.
