My school doesn’t use Google or Clever. How does activation work for students and faculty?

In order to activate student and faculty accounts for a school not using Google SSO or Clever, a counselor will need to submit a roster of faculty and students to CGN for student or faculty account verification. Roster information includes: a list of student names, school email addresses and year of graduation. This is a roster template you may use.


A link to the roster template and instructions for creating and submitting the roster are included in the Counselor User Guide. If you would like CGN to resend the Counselor User Guide, please email support@collegeguidancenetwork.com.


Once you have submitted the roster to CGN and received confirmation, you may send out the student activation link included in the Counselor User Guide.
